    Palin decided not to go when her daughters wanted to bring their boyfriends.

    Ruth Minner booked her trip then cancelled, when she found out that the Appalachian Trail was not in Europe.

    Mike Castle is waiting to see what everyone else in his party is doing.

    Bill Clinton was on his way, but Hillary turned him around when she heard he had interns helping with erecting his tent.

    BO heard there was no smoking, so he decided not to go.

    Ted Kennedy tried, but he drove off a bridge on his way there.

    Joe Biden decided not to because the News Journal wouldn’t send a reporter along to do the next “Where’s Joe” article.

    Answer: Sanford, because he thought everyone would believe he was really going there this time.
