Plurality of Delaware Supports Marriage Equality
A poll conducted by Public Policy Polling found that 48% of Delawareans favor marriage equality, with 47% opposed (31% strongly opposed) and 5% undecided.
PATRIOT Act Reauthorization Fails House Vote
The PATRIOT Act renewal was blocked in the House. Twenty-six Reoublicans (including 8 GOP freshman) voted against reauthorization.
