I’m not even sure what TSD is, so I’m making no promises about the content. (My contribution, when they get around to posting it, is pretty good.) In addition to being a liberal, I am a business owner and I have co-authored a book on the topic of employee satisfaction. I see employee engagement as the best way for companies to build a durable competitive advantage in the post tech-boom world. Delaware companies that “get it” are going to be the focus of my writerly efforts for as long as TSD can stomach having a liberal on the contributors list.
