WDEL Newsradio-1150 AM has put up quite a few of the Al Mascitti/El Somnambulo segments on podcast, including my 10 Worst General Assembly Moments of 2011.
Yesterday’s show was barrels of fun, and I know that Al will be putting up the Best and Most Ridiculous segments as well.

Al is my favorite liberal talk show host. He actually tries to have a conversation about the issues. He makes sense even when you don’t agree with him. That is becoming rarer by the week. You are okay too.
ES, I think you were exceptionally good on Al’s show. Your commentary was intelligent, well informed, and well delivered. I think if WDEL were smart, they would find a permanent (paying) place for you.
It’s a lot easier to prep when you’re only doing one show (at most) per week than five. But, thanks!
And I agree that Al’s a great host. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he never merely resorts to dog-whistle Talking Points, the bane of talk radio, especially conservative talk radio. His opinions are always factually-supported and they’re his own, nobody else’s.
Plus, he’s great fun to joust with on the radio.
