    If Cain wins and gets his 999% the citizens of states with a sales tax really get screwed take California with a 9% sales tax under Cains plan they will be paying 18% for all food and goods.

    Actually, TT, one of the 9’s is a VAT, another is a sales tax. So people in California would be paying 27%. That should fix the economy.
