It would seem that all of us are busy at work today, so I apologize for the lack of posts this morning.

Let’s talk about Herman the Groper.

    Capitalism hates democracy:

A wave of selling swept Wall Street and stock markets around the world Tuesday after Greece said it would let its people vote on an unpopular European plan to rescue the Greek economy.

  3. anon says:

I don’t know why the markets don’t think that the Greeks will vote for more austerity, when austerity has done so much for so few.

  4. puck says:

It’s not only that the Greek people might vote down the plan. The markets were hoping the Socialist government would take the fall for the austerity programs and be swept out of office, but instead they passed it back to the people. Sounds fair to me. What could be more Greek than democracy? (I know there are a lot of wise guys here so don’t answer that).

Hey, Puck, help us out here. Must have been a teabagger who said, “Democracy — it’s all Greek to me.”

So look who’s playing the race card (again). Ann Coulter says “Our Blacks Are So Much Better Than Their Blacks”.

Somebody remind her that white people (or anyone else for that matter) no longer have any property interests in black people. And do note that “they” don’t vote for “their blacks” in any great number, either.

  7. Geezer says:

Ann Coulter has a well-documented sex-related gender-stereotype problem. You’ll notice that she talks and writes constantly about “strong men,” not just in politics but in whom she dates. She’s obsessed with it. She’s neither bright nor funny nor talented, but she’s rewarded because she’s considered “attractive” by a lot of young conservative men whose most meaningful relationship is with Rosie Palm.

Computer Graphic Imaging is becoming so advanced that I predict we will be watching all the old stars return to the big screen. A young Johm Wayne, a young Clint Eastwood,a young Marilyn Monroe, etc. It may even make Hollywood actors obsolete.

  9. pandora says:

Oh my. Well, Herman has been running his mouth about the incidents. Does his saying they were not good employees, etc. release the women from the gag order?

  10. MJ says:

Ann Coulter is really a man. Haven’t you ever noticed her/his Adam’s apple?

FBH, i disagree with you on the basis that synth’s have never really threatened live music. Sure, techno is popular, but a real DJ still needs to put the artistic touch on it. there is simply no replacement for actual human emotion.
