Hawaii has verified that the President was born in Hawaii, and, perhaps simultaneously, Arizona’s Secretary of State has backed away from his previous birther statement and apologized for embarrassing his own state with a conspiracy theory-fueled investigation into whether the president was really a natural born U.S. citizen.
53 percent of Americans say gay marriage should be legal, hitting a high mark in support while showing a dramatic turnaround from just six years ago, when just 36 percent thought it should be legal. Thirty-nine percent, a new low, say gay marriage should be illegal.
I see the invisible hand of Obama in this. Who has ever heard about a wingnut apologizing for embarrassing his state? Preposterous.

I have heard mixed things about Claws foodwise, but will check it out. I love FINS but heard they support Christine O’Donnell but then that they don’t. Do you know?
Oh, and that alleged human rights violation at Summerhouse – the 2 guys who filed the complaint tried the same thing at the Blue Moon when they were not allowed to re-enter when the Moon was closing.
Don’t know about the FINS politics. Did piss off the owner a few years ago when I told him he couldn’t use our parking lot and walking paths as a short-cut to Rehoboth Avenue on his scooter. Of course, he said “well, the owner said I could do it.” My response – “I am the owner.”
Well I have friends who have been poorly treated at SH, so I am not so sure.

The state of Hawaii has now triple verified that even though the birth document published on the whitehouse website is fake, and obama’s selective service card was an obvious forgery that President Obama was born in Hawaii. They are pretty darn sure of it. And even though a bunch of organizations and institutions from kindergarden to book publishing companies to law schools have records showing obama was foreign born, and have hence been told to conceal them, The state of Hawaii does not believe a quadruple verification will be necessary.

Wow! An amazing conspiracy, and no one who participated in it has spilled the beans. This is unprecedented.
The thing I love about this conspiracy is that, for it to work, you have to believe that Mrs. Dunham, immediately after giving birth in Kenya, took a 20 hour flight to Hawaii to post a birth announcement in the paper that was published the next day. I just love that part.
… and we all know that direct flights between Honolulu and Kenya in 1961 were all so common.

Another example might be the “conservative elite” Limbaugh, Gingrich, Cheney, Ted Nugent being hardcore pro-war but when it was their turn they received deferrments rather than go to Vietnam. And these are actual spokesmen for the conservative movement.
Note: Romney also received deferrments but I don’t have a quote of him being like the aforementioned. Unlike FBH, I am quoting facts here, not assumptions and guessing.
