    It’s the Book of the Dead, containing the names of the Delawareans who died in the First World War. It is located in Memorial Hall (built 1924, dedicated 1925) at the University of Delaware in Newark. A page is turned every day, displaying two different names.

    I was a Blue Hen Ambassador, so I’ll be ashamed if this is wrong.

    There’s a monument in that little park at Academy and Main Sts. that includes the UD dead from WWI, WWII, Korea (one poor guy called John E Walker) and Vietnam…
