Eight years ago Delaware Liberal, at the time a broadsheet hand scribed on 24lb premium linen paper, admonished Thurman Adams to "Die or get off the pot!" Adams, never one to get off the pot, later died. That's how powerful the broadsheet was back before Twitter. A few years later, this blog's dogged reporting and rapier wit caused Mike Castle to quit politics. Now we are engaged in getting rid of Tom Carper. If history is any guide, Carper is done.

Dear United States Senate, Where the f*ck are Trump’s Tax Returns?

Just sayin' With all the hurly-burley, the country has lost track of the fact that Trump first obscured his criminal activity (money laundering) by keeping his taxes secret.  If Coons and Carper want to look like super bipartisan, can't they get a couple of their buds to co-sponsor legislation that REQUIRES candidates for the office of President of the United States to disclose their tax information?

Unnamed GOP congressman goes off on Trump: ‘We might as well impeach the Motherfucker’

Conservative blogger Erik Erickson is reporting that during his trip to Washington, D.C., he met up with an as-of-yet-unnamed Republican congressman, one who has publicly been very supportive of Donald Trump, and during their clandestine walk through the aisles of a grocery store outside of D.C. (they didn’t want to be seen), this Republican congressman absolutely went off on Trump and his disastrous leadership. From Erickson's report:
