Anthony Delcollo, like all DE Republicans, will never come clean about his ongoing support for Trump. The headline above is not one you should expect to read, and that is something Democrats will have to confront over the next 403 days.
There is only one issue on the ballot in November 2020, and it is an issue that the leadership of Delaware’s Republican Party; Ken Simpler, Anthony Delcollo, Cathy Cloutier and Mike Ramone, will strive to never address directly. So I’m asking once more – how do we get every Republican running for office to answer for Trump?
Silence is support for this lawless President. Republican elected officials at every level are propping up Trump. All Republican office holders are accomplices unless and until they clearly confront the crimes of Donald J Trump.
Of course they support Trump. They are Republicans. They’ll never speak a word against him.
Trump is the distilled essence of what the knuckle-dragging immigrant-hating Bible-banging white nationalist Republicans have been about since Reagan. Why would you expect them to turn against that now?
