I’d show more respect if cops helped get rid of the trigger happy racists in thier ranks.

    Agreed, and it’s not just Barr. This is that old familiar rant of “respect for the law”, which when applied to groups the Republicans hate like LGBT or minority groups means so what if the police are brutal and repressive, “it’s the law!”. It’s the mentality that that has no problem with a 1,000 Americans shot dead by the police per year and they probably would respond with “they deserved it!”.

    Cops just opened up on a UPS truck that was hijacked by jewel thieves in Miami Thursday. Right in the middle of traffic. Murdered the UPS driver hostage and also bystander.

    This was in defense of capital.

    But at least those meathead speed-freak pigs got to pretend they were in a movie for a few minutes.

    Teamsters brother and UPS driver Frank Ordonez was 27 years old. He leaves a wife and 1 year old daughter.
