Every individual is valuable, and nobody was born to be your subordinate or your menial wage slave.
People of decency and goodwill outnumber people of indecency and ill will, but people of goodwill need to show up because evil is relentless.
Friendship, loyalty, and empathy are powerful.

I could see how people could read this part, “Hate will make you a terrible person. You need to let the hate go.” and say – hey, you openly hate Chris Coons on the daily?
I could get all lawyerly on that observation, and come up with something, but yes – ultimately those people have a point. I agree that my criticism of Coons should be more about his garbage politics, and less about him personally. (New Year’s rez!)
Which is another reason Star Wars is Liberal as fuck:
People can change. Biases and blind-spots are not locked in. Introspection can work.
There’s plenty of room for all manner of Coons critique! Political, personal. It all works!
