US Outbreaks Have Become ‘Extraordinarily Widespread’. Dr. Birx has always played the ‘good cop’ to Fauci’s ‘bad cop’. In other words, she’s downplayed the dangers. When she says ‘extraordinarily widespread’, she means it’s hitting hard in Trump country, especially in rural America. I agree with Nancy Pelosi that Birx has been a major part of the problem. It’s about time someone said it.

I knew there would be a second round of the virus and that eventually it would wipe the smile off the face of southern and rural areas with a vengeance (Here’s looking at you Florida!). Have read up about the Spanish Flu Pandemic months ago , it was an easy guess that it would go the same way with Covid, mankind rarely learns without repeated and cruel lessons.
