    Also, that progressive punch list clearly shows that Tom Carper is the WORST overall member of Congress.

    He has the lowest score relative to “state tilt” so he basically isn’t representing his Delaware constituents at all.

      This merits a post of its own. Two Democratic senators, neither one cracks the Top 35 list of most progressive. Has to be some kind of record.

    Tim Kaine is #37. I couldn’t find ProgressivePunch ranking for Hillary’s Senate tenure.
