Tearing down “Obamacare” and consigning “Roe v Wade” to the trash bin of history are side shows. The real goal of the conservative politicians added to the court is to lock in white minority rule by stripping away voting rights from blacks and browns.

Anything that moves the needle toward a healthier democracy is going to end up in the Supreme Court and all of it will be struck down.
Agreed Jason, this must be our goals.
I would add curtailing the president’s ability to pardon people. It must be done after the fact — no blanket pardons a la Iran-Contra — and it cannot involve any crime committed by a member of government.
The House should have sent a constitutional amendment reforming the pardon to the Senate months ago.
