Love the Dave Alvin song and video. Enjoyed the mellow soul of Pink Sweats, though his video is a little Hare Krishna-i. Glad to find out about XIXA. Good to hear Xiu Xiu ((not to be confused with XIXA). Yay for desert rock and dream pop. I agree, a good month.

    • There were a couple of songs this month that almost made me, um, want to drop acid again. XIXA was one of them. Same with Spirit Of The Beehive and Psymon Spine.

Spirit of the Beehive is an interesting group. Might be kind of a dark trip, though. Sorry to hear Ariel Pink is a MAGAT.
