Representing the very dag end of Delaware, the 40th Rep District’s Timothy (Tim?) Dukes is a dangerous MAGA extremist with even less courage than the gutless Rich Collins.
Dukes!, as I now refer to him (see my emails below) stonewalled, and for good reason. What elected official wants to go around admitting that they are taken in by Trump’s nonsense?
They’d look and sound like a gullible fool defending Trump’s anti-American bullshit about Joe Biden, the Jan 6th insurrection and Trump’s (clearly) criminal theft and retention of top secret documents.

As you know, President Joe Biden recently enlisted all Americans who believe in democracy to be on guard against “Extreme MAGA Republicans” who don’t simply threaten our personal and economic rights, but embrace political violence. The President noted that MAGA extremists “refuse to accept the will of the people,” and said “they threaten our very democracy.”
At DelawareLiberal.net we are eager to find which DEGOP elected officials are “extremist MAGA Republicans” and which are regular Republicans.
So if you could please respond to the very simple questionnaire below we would sincerely appreciate it.
BTW –
You may be gratified to hear that 100% of the Republican State Reps who have relied so far are NOT MAGA extremists.

I am noticing a pattern. “Moderates” can quickly state that Joe Biden won the election, the Jan 6th rioters are criminals and stealing top secret documents is a crime.
While the dangerous MAGA extremists take a long time to reply that they aren’t going to go on record saying that Joe Biden is President and the rest.
It is odd, because the popularity of fascism is rooted in its brainless simplicity. It boils complicated issue down to simple binary choices. Us vs Them / Sugar coated nostalgia vs thorny progress. Etc.
And this diagnostic asks the MAGA fanatics to claim that simplicity, but they can’t. I think it must be exhausting to be a MAGA fanatic.
his father, Dale Dukes was a Democratic County Council person for many years. In his retirement he has gone full MAGA as well.
