Not surprised, but would prefer Trump is an Albatross around the neck of the Republicans for that classical reference. The famed “Red Wave” did not appear,endless lawsuits and absurd claims will however. Then in a few days all eyes will be on 2024.

This will happen either way. If DeSantis gets the nomination, Trump won’t support him — his ego won’t allow it. And if even 2% of the Trump voters stay home, DeSantis loses.
If Trump is the nominee, well, he’s yet to get the most votes in any election in which he’s run. He’s a loser, as he proves every two years.
