Arthur was just painting a picture of the political peril that the Governor is facing. It is far from silly. Nothing Art says is silly or stupid. I am optimistic that the lack of better alternatives will chill the special interest impulse to pull the knives out. Jack can always blame Ruth Ann. It works for the President.
