DL Tracking Poll Results — Vice President Joe Biden
Step aside Governor Markell, you are no longer the most popular politician and officeholder in Delaware. Delaware’s own Vice President Joe Biden garners 79% approval, and only 18% opposed. Now that’s a big f*&king deal.

Today begins the Supreme Court’s nearly unprecedented three days of oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Given Commerce Clause precedent and caselaw going back to at least the mid 1930’s, the Obamacare law should be upheld as constitutional. But you never know with conservative activist judges.
DL Tracking Poll Results — Congressman John Carney (D) — Round 2
Last month, John Carney had a 56% approval rating and a 32% disapproval. Those were approval numbers that any politician would have happy with. This month, the results are much more mixed. Carney has a 46% approval rating and a 44% disapproval rating.

Since I was MIA yesterday, we have lots and lots of polling goodness inside today. In Connecticut, both Democrats and Republican agree that failed 2010 candidate Linda McMahon should be the Republican nominee for Lieberman’s seat. See why inside.
Delaware Liberal Tracking Poll Results — Karen Weldin Stewart (Round 2)
Delaware’s most unpopular politician, two months running. 64% strongly disapproved of KWS last month, and 64% strongly disapproved this month. Now that is consistent rejection. More shocking: 18% just regularly disapproved of her last month, and 18% disapprove of her this month. Still more shocking: 12% strongly approve of her this month, and 12% strongly approved of her last month. Yes, the poll figures are almost exactly the same. I checked it several times to be sure.
Karen, that is a sign from God. Get out of this race now.

Delaware Liberal Tracking Poll — Sen. Tom Carper (Round 2)
Last month, our senior Senator had a 61% approval rating and a 36% disapproval rating. Now he is underwater with 45% approval rating and a 51% disapproval rating. That seems more like reality.
