A gold mine of info. Christine identified a grand total of 15 people. Only 5 of those 15 people reside in Delaware. 4 of the 15 come from Arlington, VA (which probably means the individuals are RNC types or Republican lobbyists). 4 of the 15 reside in Texas, and 2 of those 4 have given amounts that exceed the $2400 limit. Charlie Copeland Thinks We Have No Memory.
Charlie Copeland is once again claiming that help start the Challenge Program. Charlie Copeland must think that we have no memory of anything that transpired more than a year ago, and I don’t blame him, since time and again Republicans have invented their own new fantasy reality where President Obama is responsible for the entirety of the national debt, and where it was Obama that caused the financial collapse that occurred on Bush’s watch, and the Fox News audience have bought it, hook, line and sinker. Carney’s 1Q Fundraising
Well, now that John Carney finally has a credible opponent in Michele Rollins, he will have to step up his fundraising. His first quarter numbers were just released, and they are good for someone who had Fred Cullis as his main opposition. It will have to improve now that Rollins has cut short her Jamaican vacation.
Castle Fundraising Fails to Meet Expectations
$826,000 is a good haul, out of context. But it fails to meet Castle’s own expectations, and when you consider that Castle had over a one month head start over Coons, the context becomes clear. This is a competitive money race.
Rollins Mixes Business with Politics
So new GOP Congressional candidate Michele Rollins sent out an e-mail to her list (below) with a phone number to her campaign. But when you call that number, you get the answering machine machine message for “Rollins Jamaica.” You see, Michele Rollins is chairman of Rollins Jamaica, a 7,000-acre complex of luxury hotels, residences and golf courses near Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is in addition to her serving on the board of directors of Wilmington Trust Company, which of course allowed her to take outrageous bonuses at the tax payer’s expense.
