Only Colin Powell has the balls to call bullshit on this idiotic GOP talking point.

Hannity: (blah, blah blah usual wing-nut horseshit..) because I find him one of the most divisive figures that I’ve witnessed in politics today. Look. Carper is going to coast back into the Senate for another 6 years and be just the big a-hole lackey for the 1% that he has always been. That is a given, so can we at least have a little fun with our foreknowledge of events?

Since the Dem primary will settle the issue for many of the races in Delaware, election day is effectively a month out.

Even for Democrats is it cringe inducing. I can't imagine what this pick is doing to the stomach linings of Republicans.

...and team RYAN!/(romney) promptly got its poutrage on. The Team Obama response to the hissy fit should be, "They are only upset because it is true."

Why the bold prediction? The guy is so super cool about beating Lopez that he put this video about seeing the Loch Ness Monster up on his campaign web site.

What is it? Day four of the ticket being the worst, most desperate charade since McCain picked Palin? Sure there were some initial squeals of excitement from the GOP faithful programed to squeal excitedly when Rove rings a bell. There are still people saying this this was a "bold" pick, because how else can you describe a pick that alienates huge swaths of the electorate? "Ididotic" "shortsighted" ? They work. Here is my favorite use of "boldness" to describe the pick so far.

I heard two radio spots this morning. A great one from Mitch Crane and an okay one from Urquhart.

The Ryan pick was aimed at keeping two people on Romney's side, both named Koch. How popular is the Romney/Ryan budget out in the parts of country not populated by billionaires?
