Delaware Stonewall PAC leaves possibility of Mike Ramone endorsement open, but with a caveat

Delaware Stonewall PAC Board has voted to require that candidates agree to a “pledge not to support Trump” before any endorsement consideration is made.

This is some progress, I’d say. Delaware Stonewall PAC’s Political VP, Mitch Crane, had indicated that there was a potential for something like this, so it is good to see it enacted.

Now it will be up to Mike Ramone to publicly “pledge not to support Trump” (whatever that means) or forgo a possible endorsement from an organization that may have put him over the top in a close election last time out.

This likely puts both Ramone and Cloutier in difficult spots. If they take the Stonewall pledge, their Fox News Zombie Dumbfuck supporters will be pissed off. If they refuse to take it, the majority of voters in their districts will have an easy choice come election day.

The PAC will not be making further endorsements until the spring.

Help dismantle Trump’s support network in Delaware

Tip O’Neill is credited with saying “all politics is local”. Not this year, though. Not by a fucking longshot. This year, ALL POLITICS IS NATIONAL. Donald Trump is THE issue of this election and these are the local races you should be involved with to put a hurting on Donald Jehoshaphat Trump and his network of supporters in Delaware.

New Voting Machines Tested in Appo Referendum

New Voting Machines Tested in Appo Referendum

I voted FOR the referendum this morning using one of the state’s new EE&S voting machines.

Pros:

Paper trial created during voting.

Cons:

-Lots of “Are you sure?” prompts and processes, so it takes a long time to vote.  Much longer (I assume) if you decide that you aren’t sure at some point.

– One of the two brand new machines at my polling station was out of order. There was someone on the phone with tech support while I was voting in the next booth and it sounded a lot like your father calling tech support. If they seize up at this rate (50%) in November it will be trouble.

Bottom Line:  I’m nervous.

Meet The Press hosts all-Republican panel of voters to downplay impeachment

On December 15, NBC host Chuck Todd presented excerpts of an interview with voters in Kent County, Michigan, to discuss impeachment. The panel consisted entirely of Republican voters, most of whom voted for President Donald Trump in 2016, and most expressed either opposition or lack of interest in impeachment.

Anti-Impeachment D To Flip.  He thinks he has a better chance to save his seat in a general than in a primary against a real D: Those talks (with Trump) came after Mr. Van Drew saw the results of a poll conducted this month that suggested that a vote against impeaching Mr. Trump would damage […]

The real trial is every state and local election in November

Filed in National by on December 14, 2019 0 Comments

Only the overwhelming force of voters storming polling places in November to clear out Trump’s support structure can stop him. The press and moderate Dems like Biden and Coons are too willing to pretend that Republicans are just having a temporary attack of lunacy. They aren’t. The unanimous support of Trump among Republicans puts the […]

Corbyn lost

You don’t have to watch Morning Joe this morning to know that this will mean that America doesn’t really want affordable healthcare. These UK election results prove that we can’t address the climate crisis. Corbyn’s loss means that corporations must be allowed to run riot, and that we must always treat poor people like criminals. Corbyn somehow proves that America is only ready for a very watered down Dem message – 99% water or we’ll lose the very wise centrist voters of north western bumbfuck.

King of the Spoiled Dolts

That Trump is a criminal and a terrible President isn’t controversial.  His defenders in congress, on TV and at the bar don’t try to refute any of that.  It is a given.  Braying idiots like Matt Gaetz who defend Trump know how awful he is, they like the awful.

Trump defenders are not trying to fuck with your head.  They simply don’t think Trump should be in trouble for being a criminal and a terrible President.  They knew he was going to be a criminal and a terrible President when they voted for him.   Defending Trump isn’t an exercise in denying reality.  It is an embrace of reality.
