The Mueller Report means nothing

The Mueller Report means nothing

Today (or someday) Robert Mueller will release his report on Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential elections.

Nothing will happen and it means nothing.

All the facts of the case are known. Russia did interfere with the election. The Trump campaign did participate in the interference (for good reason, they were way behind).

Everyone knows all of this. No news will be broken. Republicans will not be bothered by rereleasing this known info, and Chris Coons and Lisa Blunt Rochester will fret that doing something about it will backfire on Chris Coons and Lis Blunt Rochester.

The only thing that will free the country from this crisis is a massive Democratic wave in the next election.

The only one close is also the only one who has attracted a similar number of small donors amounting to a large number of dollars, Bernie Sanders. Thomas B. Edsall of the New York […]

Biden His Time

According to the WSJ, Biden is worried that his post-announcement fundraising haul is going to look puny compared to Beto and Bernie, so he is rounding up big money donors.

But the story could well be a hatchet job by the WSJ, because there is nothing Dem primary voters want less than an old school candidate who is captive of the finance and banking industry.

Still, we have a long way to go. …today, a majority of Americans believe that they live in a meritocracy where the market elevates the worthy to positions of wealth and privilege (and power!) despite widespread evidence that the rich […]
