More Free Advice For Any Democrat Running Against Mike Castle

Filed in National by on January 17, 2008

Pssst…

Make a big deal out of the fact that Castle has refused to hold any town hall meetings since his stroke.

Zero forums advertised in advance and open to his constituents this term. Zero. Nada. Zilch.

That’s a horrible record. He will have no good response when he is called out on that.

  1. FSP says:

I know DL is a reality-free and fact-free zone, but Castle had a town hall meeting in Brandywine Hundred two weeks ago.

  2. FSP says:

Okay, so I’m bad with time. It was one week ago. Doesn’t change the fact that he had it.

  3. anon says:

If Mike Castle does something and Celia doesn’t mention it, did it really happen?

I couldn’t find any mention of this town meeting in any news outlet. Was he trying to make sure nobody showed up?

  4. Another Mike says:

I would have liked the opportunity to bend Castle’s ear, but this meeting must have been about as open as the state legislature.

  5. Von Cracker says:

He’s ancient, had a debilitating stroke, and the kicker – Voted with Bu$hCo 90-something percent of the time.

An enabler, a follower, but certainly not a leader….

  6. liz allen says:

Castle’s record is an abomination! All Karen Harley Nagle has to do is point it all out, and offer the solutions based on good government reform, and sane policies.

Watch Castle twist and try to change his policies, making them sound like he was/is a moderate….we all know that strategy will be a failure.

  7. liz allen says:

oh, I forgot one thing. FSP says Castle had ONE town meetng…in Brandywine Hundred! Where was his town hall meeting smack in the middle of Wilmington, or anywhere else in the State.

All we have to do is check all those contributors and donors to his campaigns….credit card companies, banksters etc, and then tell us FSP, how he is going to work for all the people of Delaware, not just the fat cats in Brandywine Hundred.
