Where’s The Love?

Filed in Uncategorized by on February 8, 2008

There is such a gap between the Romney lovers and the McCain lovers.  I don’t know if it can be bridged.  Check out the TMP coverage of CPAC and Mitt’s withdrawal.

Man oh man. I saw that Romney speech and he went totally into WINGNUT orbit.

    Liberals are terrorists.
Marriage is under attack by gay terrorists.
Bomb the shit out of everyone.
    America FUCK YEAH!!!

    It was nuts.

I think McCain might not be able to get the lunatics back.

Yesterday on NPR, Mitt’s Policy Director — Vin Weber — gave an interview about Mitt’s suspension and Weber lamented how Mitt was made out to be a flip-flopper.

Seriously. He sounded stunned that a guy with liberal policies when he was running against Ted Kennedy could not sell his “change of heart”. I was sort of expecting John Kerry to get on the line to explain to the guy how this line of attack works. Schadenfraude, indeed.

I am really liking both Hillary and Obama. I went and read their platforms and I appreciate what they would like to do, I only hope they can find a way to pay for all they want.

That’s easy Brian. Cut taxes on the rich!

  7. nemski says:

    @liberalgeek

Forget about it. Let’s eat the rich. :0)

  8. Brian says:

Well we certainly do not need that at this time now. Though I would recommend to cut many regulations in the agencies that have bound companies from staying competitive and moved them to Mexico or other places. We are having serious structral problems we need to address. And, no matter what our personal opinions or reservations, to do it all Americans must come together to work for the good of our nation.

  9. Now I know that Romney reads FSP, he quoted Feroce “DEMs are supporters of terror”

  10. Brian says:

That is a terrible thing to say. I cannot see why so many people in R party hold so many D’s with such contempt. Can anyone explain that to me? I have never held anyone in contempt that way, I disagree with ideas; but I loathe personal battles about someone’s personality and defining a whole politcal group that way is something I do not understand.
