Nemski – While that’s true it doesn’t invalidate this way. George Carlin, Lenny Bruce and Larry Flynt made great point on free speech and they were hardly constitutional scholars.
But I think the editor’s note and moving the pictures to “after the jump” is a fair compromise.

Obviously I don’t want to see these pictures and I wonder who really does. The point is, though, this is the consequence, actually, it’s only “a” consequence as there is yet far more horror happening. We should not hide from the reality, yet most people manage to find a way to do just that.
Can’t we just have some more “Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran” jokes. I mean war is funny, right? How about a few more “ha ha’s” from our repubs? Couldn’t find those weapons of mass destruction? Must be around here somewhere, heh, heh.
