14. Delaware (D-Open)
Republicans would probably need Mike Castle to enter, which is unlikely.

“Unlikely” vastly overstates the possibility that Castle will run for the Senate.

Yes, I think the race could easily fall off of the list unless the Republicans find a quality candidate.
