Sussex County Councilman Says It Out Loud: Processing Chickens Is More Important Than Workers’ Lives

Filed in Delaware, Featured by on April 28, 2020

Western Sussex County troglodyte Sam Wilson

“Where did the governor get the bright idea to … test the poultry workers?” Wilson asked during council’s teleconference meeting on Tuesday. “They’re losing millions of dollars because of this dumb idea.”

Wait, there’s more:

“What’s going to happen to the poultry plants? They’re gonna have to shut down,” Wilson said.

…But Wilson worried that as workers get tested and are found to be sick, it will scare off other employees from showing up for work. Local poultry plant companies, employees and government officials have said staffing levels have significantly decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There is no other way to interpret this: To western Sussex yahoos like Wilson, the workers aren’t people, they are merely a conduit to poultry dollars.  These racist rednecks are the worst that Delaware has to offer.  No COVID-19 tests for them!

This Neanderthal has made a political career from appealing to the base instincts of the racist mentality. His ultimate worth and value to society would be fully realized if he could somehow join the other dinosaurs in the “tar pits” and return in a million years as a quart of oil.

We desperately need at large councilpersons but I fear it’s already too late. With every POS developer raping and pillaging the forests, drinking water resources and the inland bays building the same ugly soulless 4 models of Stepford houses in every development so farmers can cash in and some guy from NY can have cheap property taxes

In the era of Trump they don’t even have to pretend to care about the workers.
