Breaking: Delaware Division of Corporations Set To Expose Trump’s Delaware-Based Money Laundering Operations

Filed in Satire by on February 2, 2021

In a break with tradition, Delaware Division of Corporations is prepared to draw back the curtain of secrecy that has protected criminal operations through impenetrable webs of anonymous corporations. Division of Corporations Marketing Director, Cynthia Kane, announced the change in a press release early Tuesday.

“The State of Delaware is a leading domicile for U.S. and international corporations. More than 1,000,000 business entities have made Delaware their legal home. As such, we have a responsibility to root out criminal enterprises which threaten the system by bringing disrepute to the Division of Corporations and the entire State of Delaware”

According to sources within the Division Secretary of State, Jeffrey W. Bullock, is prepared to initiate sweeping changes in the agency’s secrecy policies by fully investigating whether Donald Trump’s web of Llcs and shell corporations have been laundering money for the regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The secrecy of Delaware’s divisions corporations has recently been brought to light by reporting on the Delaware Call.

  1. That’s good, and the disinfectant of sunlight no doubt had something to do with it.

Now, how about that sex-trafficking ring?

Indeed. I wondered how an announcement like this would sound. And it occurred to me that to people not clued into how corrupt the system is – it would not sound shocking at all.

It would be a matter of fact story about an agency doing what it is supposed to do.

You have to wonder what Townsend and Lynn were doing with cosponsoring that EVEN MORE SECRECY bill?

  3. John Kowalko says:

Secretary of Finance Rick Geisenberger is neck deep in this secrecy racket also and is once more pushing for the “Budget Smoothing Amendment” (AKA. Grover Norquist “balanced budget amendment”) to ensure unrestorable cuts to programs that benefit the neediest and the working class are inevitable. Keep your eyes and ears open on this situation. Your support will be needed and necessary.

Believe it when you see it, they will not endanger nor curtail this racket, far too much money at stake here. As ever in this, and indeed all states, the big money will yet prevail.
