Speaking of returns – if warnock is ahead by 40k votes why will there be a run off?
Neither one reached 50%.
The Libertarian got two-point something percent. He won’t be in the runoff, so Walker and Warnock will be competing for those votes. I think more than half of those Libertarian voters would vote Republican in the runoff, so all depends on the turnout profile.

It’s also why appeals for donations will continue. They need it for the turnout efforts.
I guess there is a slim chance that a Senate majority will not hang on this race. If that happens it is great news for Warnock.
I understand your thinking, but still better to take Nevada and Arizona and not have to rely on Warnock to keep control.
