Conservative 6 Year Old Auditions For The Next CPAC
What parent in their right mind would make this video of their child – and post it on YouTube?
Mitt Romney Is Going To Get Whiplash
On Sunday, Mitt Romney boldly declared that Israel’s economic superiority over the Palestinians was due to its culture.
On Tuesday morning, he dismissed any notion that he had even discussed Palestinian culture.
On Tuesday night, Romney reversed himself yet again, in an op-ed entitled “Culture Does Matter.”
It’s Hard To Keep All Those Estates Straight
Mitt Romney on his Overseas adventures: “And I realize that there will be some in the Fourth Estate, or whichever estate, who are far more interested in finding something to write about that is unrelated to the economy, to geopolitics, to the threat of war, to the reality of conflict in Afghanistan today, to a […]
It’s Past Time For The DOE And Elected Officials To Speak Out On The Pencader Charter School Saga – And The Fate Of That School
I was planning on waiting until I had more concrete information on what is going on at Pencader Charter High School before writing a post, but information on the school’s fate is slim on the ground. So, forgive me. This post will ask more questions than provide answers. Basically, it’s going to be a bit of a mess. Try and bear with me.
The Romney Campaign And Do-Overs
There’s a pattern here, and I think it’s deliberate. First, the Romney Campaign says something outrageous (Anglo-Saxon comment, questioning the preparedness of security at the Olympics, etc.) then they counter their initial statement with an do-over.
Can’t Help But Smile
I’m feeling good. My son just returned from his college orientation trip. He has his classes and is excited about starting school – with a scholarship. Whoopee! Since I’m feeling good I thought I’d share this video of the 2012 USA Olympic Swimming Team. Dare you not to smile!
Did You Miss Us?
We missed you! Please excuse our technical difficulties. There was a Major Data Center outage. Whatever that means. I’m simply quoting LiberalGeek!

Worthy?
Who says something like this? After Gabby Giffords was shot Republicans were screaming about not “politicizing” the event, screeching about how “now was the time to think about the victims.” They were all about showing “respect” for the victims and their families.
The Anglo-Saxon Romney Campaign
In remarks that may prompt accusations of racial insensitivity, one suggested that Mr Romney was better placed to understand the depth of ties between the two countries than Mr Obama, whose father was from Africa.
“We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage, and he feels that the special relationship is special,” the adviser said of Mr Romney, adding: “The White House didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have”.
I am not shocked by this statement – I’ve always known this is what many conservatives believe. What shocks me is how blatant their statements have become.
12 Dead In Colorado Shooting
Via ABC: A lone gunman dressed in riot gear burst into a movie theater in Aurora, Colo., at a midnight showing of the Batman film “The Dark Knight Rises” and methodically began shooting patrons, killing at least 12 people and injuring at least 50. The suspect, James Holmes, 24, of Aurora, was caught by police […]
Let Them Eat Cake
My Dad just brought this gem to my attention: WASHINGTON — Mitt Romney’s wife is reinforcing her husband’s refusal to make public several years of tax returns, saying “we’ve given all you people need to know” about the family’s finances. Oh my. We really are just the help.
