Crazy Eileen Must Never Have Been a Mother

Filed in National by on August 17, 2009 48 Comments

I have been thinking about what you have to believe to be a birther. It must be hard to keep your head in it.

It’s sad that it’s necessary for him to say this, but this is where it’s heading. I think Beck is speaking out too late. Months of screaming about how Obama’s not a real citizen and is going to put everyone in FEMA concentration camps is kinda hard to take back. From Media Matters

Seems the Birthers have gotten too big for their britches.  Good luck putting that genie back in the bottle. It’s now looking like a lot of prominent Republicans, ranging from party leaders to big-name pundits that we usually expect to make outrageous partisan attacks, are doing something they’d been previously neglecting: Definitively cracking down on […]

UPDATED: The GOP’s New Talking Point: They Shoot Old People, Don’t They

Filed in National by on July 29, 2009 63 Comments

Talk about scare tactics and preying on the elderly. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX): We’ve been battling this socialist health care, the nationalization of health care, that is going to absolutely kill senior citizens. They’ll put them on lists and force them to die early because they won’t get the treatment as early as they need. […]

Filed in National by on July 28, 2009 14 Comments

Republicans, we warned you this would happen if you didn’t act to quell the birthers. Now you’re hostages to the birther movement. Is this the image you want to project? Mike Stark from the Huffington Post went to Capitol Hill to ask Republicans if they believe Obama is an natural-born citizen. Watch the Republicans try […]
