In 2019 we should all agree that the eventual Democratic nominee will need to give Democratic voters a reason to get out and vote. Democrats have demonstrated their willingness to boycott elections and candidates that don't offer anything other then "I'm a little less bad than the other guy." African Americans in general and African American women, in particular, are the most reliable Democratic voters.
